  They know almost nothing about the properties they show you.
  We arrived at one property to find a man had tried to fit all his worldly belongings into his bathroom. His matress wouldn't fit so that was on the stairs and he had a guitar in his living room... Would I like to live here? I think not!
  At one property we spent about 20 minutes walking around trying to find the place, they made several calls to their office to ask if they was even in the right area.
  Absolute waste of time. I do wonder sometimes if landlords actually know how bad their estate agents are.
